Refund policy
Due to the nature of our business, returns are not accepted on delivered arrangements. The subscription to the DDS Flowers service is non-refundable; please cancel according to standard cancellation policies to prevent being invoiced again.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods flowers or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
